Your Questions Answered

Click on My Account in the navigation menu and select Register. Fill in your details and submit. Our team will activate your account within one business day.
Click My Account in the top navigation and select Login. Enter your email and password. If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link.

Anyone managing multiple medications can benefit. Home Medicines Reviews require a GP referral, while Residential Medication Management Reviews are available to all aged care facility residents.

Once logged in, go to My Account and select Update My Account. You can update your contact information, address, and other personal details from there.
My Aged Care Account gives you secure online access to manage your pharmacy account, view your medication history, and access aged care pharmacy services.
Go to Pay My Account under My Account in the navigation. We accept BPoint, EFT bank transfer, BPay, and in-store payment. Select the method that suits you best.
Navigate to Setup Direct Debit under My Account. Provide your bank account details and nominate your preferred debit date. We will handle the rest automatically each month.
Select Setup My Account from the My Account menu. Complete the registration form with your personal and pharmacy details. Our team will be in touch to finalise your account setup.
We accept BPoint (online card payments), EFT bank transfer, BPay, and cash or EFTPOS in store. All online payments are processed securely.
